The app may ask you to provide photos, account details, and support information so that AI photo and face editing features can work.
Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, and avoid submitting sensitive photos unless you are comfortable using them in an AI photo editing workflow.
When you contact support, we may use the information you include in your message to troubleshoot the issue, locate a purchase, or respond to a privacy request.
To request deletion, email contact@retake-ai.net with the subject Retake AI deletion request. Include the email address or account identifier used in the app so the request can be verified.
Deletion requests are processed after reasonable verification. Some purchase records may remain with the app marketplace or payment provider when required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
